Bali Villa Cottage is a 3 bedroom luxury villa in Bali, situated in the Oberoi district, only a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of the restaurants, nightlife and shopping of Seminyak. With its open living area surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Bali Villa Cottage epitomizes tropical living at its best - a carefree and relaxing lifestyle. Originally built as a Bali holiday villa for its owners, Bali Villa Cottage is available throughout the year as a licensed Bali Villa Rental Accommodation.

Bali Villa Cottage is not a modern minimalist villa with white walls and straight lines. It is based on traditional Balinese architecture but, at the same time, incorporates the modern comforts of western living. The villa has been designed to provide a variety of different places where one can sit and relax, read a book, have a massage or simply meditate amongst the beautiful surroundings. Throughout the property, Balinese craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent in the many wood and stone carvings that adorn the premises.

The property is comprised of three separate thatched pavilions, quintessentially Balinese in design and situated around the landscaped grounds.

The villa features an open living area which serves as living room, dining room and bar-cum-dry kitchen.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contains three double bedrooms and an entertainment room. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden, a queen size four poster bed and an en-suite garden bathroom with outside bathtub.

The entertainment room, which connects with the master bedroom, doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for young children up to 10 years old. A guest washroom is adjacent to the entertainment room. The stairway is incorporated into the entertainment room and leads to the first floor bedroom which has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with outside shower. The twin beds can be placed together to make a large queen size bed. All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples.

The villa also includes staff quarters comprising a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining laundry room and office and staff bathroom.

The two main pavilions look out onto a lush tropical garden which is the focal point of the property. A 10 x 3 meter peanut-shaped swimming pool is fed by a waterfall and surrounded by a sundeck with 4 sun loungers and a Bale with mattress and cushions for those who prefer to relax in the shade.

Bali Villa Cottage is fully serviced by:

* A house manager who oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is normally available to assist guests during their stay.
* One full-time chef who is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the chef will do all the marketing for groceries and present the bills for re-imbursement. All catering is done at cost, there is no charge for preparing the meals.
* Two house keepers responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
* A security guard is on-site at night to watch over the villa and to man the gate when guests leave and/or return to the villa after dark, start the generator if there is a power failure between dusk and dawn and let down the bamboo blinds in the event that it rains.
* All the staff help with tending to the garden and the grounds of the villa. A pool attendant comes 3 times a week to test the water chemistry and to keep the pool in tiptop condition. The pool is equipped with an ionization water purification system which minimizes the need for chemical additives.
